1st thing - all gone on mine took it off to save weight. Havnt had any problems. I got annoyed at the motor going whenever it wanted plus it was full of leaves so it made weird noises like when you used to put a piece of cardboard and a clothes peg on your pushy. 2nd thing - as previously mentioned....

Oh big question this one. Some say after the cooler before the throttle butterfly and some say before the intercooler close to the turbo. They might be better. the car I was asking about was a rolling shell no motor or box and limited interior needing paint. they said no worries they just chain it down so it wont move. Then when it gets here they just transfer it to a tilt tray stright ff the back of the truck. just needed a streering...

Thomas, If you want steampipe bends go and check out your local plumbing shop. I got all of mine from there. They have different sizes and 2 different radius bends.
